Teach People How To Treat You…Motherfucker!
The other day, while standing on the side of the road looking down at my phone and waiting for a cab to quickly run me down to the beach for a meeting, I hear this conversation from a car in traffic in front of me:
Dude 1: Oh man I’d fuck her in a second
Dude 2: Nah Bra, she’s a little too curvy in the hips for me
Dude 1: Fuck Bra, seriously? No way man. The things I’d do to her will make her cry.
Dude 2: She’s just not my type Bra…you can have her.
Dude 1 then beeps his horn and says a bunch of vulgar shit and I pretend to ignore them.
An hour later:
My meeting is finished and I’m walking through Bondi to find my way back home. Dude 1 walks up to me while I’m waiting to cross the street.
Dude 1: How ya going?
Lee: Fine thanks
Dude 1: So where you going?
Lee: To a meeting
Dude 1: So, ummm, do you remember me?
Lee: Nope
Dude 1: I beeped my horn at you at the top of Bondi Road about an hour ago. You remember right?
Lee: Nope
Dude 1: So where you going?
Lee: Meeting…we’ve covered this.
Dude 1: Can I come or can I take you out for dinner?
Lee: Nope
Dude 1: Why?
Lee: Cause honey, the things I’d do to you would make you cry like a little bitch! …
Needless to say…he stopped dead in his tracks and I kept walking without looking back! BOOM mother fucker!!!

Happy Thanksgiving 2012
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone no matter where you are! There’s some excruciating shit going on in the world today! It may seem to some that the human race is doomed! But the one thing we all have to be grateful for is the knowing that we THE PEOPLE can change what a few amongst us seem to think they can control.
It all starts with the realisation that we have NO POWER over anyone else. I ONLY have power over myself. I am only responsible for my actions. I will not fire back, I will not return anger, I will not hate because I am hated, I will not betray my integrity to forward my life for any reason, I will not make other people happy at the sacrifice of my own authentic happiness, I will not kill just because I have seen my people killed. These are all attitudes that take courage.
This courage is inspiring and infectious AND intoxicating when acted upon. It brings hope to everyone that witnesses it. Most humans by nature, do not want to engage in war and destruction unless they are provoked. The people who provoke these emotions into society are playing a dangerous game and using you as their weapon. These games of war, globalisation, control of food and water sources etc etc etc.
Today I am grateful for the potentiality that hope and courage bring to the real possibility of peace…I am grateful for the peace I have brought into my own life by showing courage.
Peace Love and Peanut Butter

The Pace Of It All
It’s taken me some time to figure it out, but something that’s important to me, is living life at the pace that I choose and not the pace that’s dictated to me by others. It seems strange to me, now that I’ve realised this, that it’s taken me so long to figure it out, and once again I’m left wondering….”Am I the only person that didn’t know how important this was?”
I’ve noticed that there are many different elements in my life that I allow to set the pace of my life. Be it the people I welcome into my life, the community I’m living in, the governments “controlling” the world around me (an beyond), the artistic collaborators I invite, business associates and those I work with, corporations I interact with either by dealing with them in my music business or whom I spend my money with….whatever. Pace is becoming a “thing” my mind seems to be chewing on at the moment. Mostly because I’ve noticed overwhelm, panic, confusion and a lack of centring have been rather present in my relationship with many of these previously mentioned elements of late, and I am working on being the decider of the pace of my life!
